About Edward Rushe
Founder & Principal Inspector
MBA, MSc, BSc (Hons)
With a background rooted in construction and years spent understanding how Perth homes are built — and how they fail — I’ve seen the difference a proper inspection can make. Many issues aren’t obvious to the untrained eye, and my role is to uncover them before they become costly or stressful.
I believe in taking the time to inspect thoroughly, explain things clearly, and provide practical guidance that helps you make informed decisions. My goal is simple: to ensure you understand the true condition of any home before you buy or build.
