I recently had Ed do a building inspection for a property I’m looking to buy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was super professional and really easy to work with — quick to return calls, on time, and very thorough during the inspection.

What I really appreciated was how helpful he was in explaining everything. As a buyer, some of the details can feel a bit overwhelming, but Ed broke things down clearly and gave practical advice on what actually needed attention versus what was just good to keep an eye on.

It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about making sure you understand what you’re getting into. I’d definitely recommend Ed to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable building inspection!!!

I had such a great experience with Rushe Building Inspections. Edward was amazing — really prompt in getting back to me and super easy to deal with. He quickly organised a time for the inspection at Qinns and kept me in the loop throughout. He always answered my calls and messages, which made the process so smooth. The inspection and report were detailed and professional, and he took the time to go through everything with me over the phone. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Friendly, reliable, and very professional — I’d definitely recommend Edward to anyone needing a building inspection!
